Following are the details you need to know to make your hotel reservations:

Rooms have been blocked beginning Thursday, March 26 through Monday, April 6.

Group rate of $309++/night is for Run of House Resort Room, single and double occupancy, plus tax.

All reservations are required to pay 1 night deposit at the time of booking. There is a 72 hour prior to arrival cancellation period for all reservations to avoid forfeiture of the one-night deposit.

No show reservations will be charged one night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee.

Self-Parking fees are $20 per night. Valet Parking is $65 per night.

Individual gratuities are at your discretion. Suggested gratuity is $2.00 per room per day for Housekeeping, and $12 per person for porterage, round trip.

Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.

Group room rates are valid 3 days pre- and post- official program dates, subject to availability, until the cut-off date of March 2.
