A total of 32 booths are available.
Booths are 8 x 10, with pipe and drape in-between.
One 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs at each booth.
Booth cost is $1,000.
Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
VENDOR SET-UP / TEAR DOWN INFORMATION
A sign with your company name on it will be placed in your booth to help you identify your location.
The Poinsettia Ballroom will be ready for your set-up beginning at
1:00 pm (no earlier, please) until the doors open at 5:00 pm.
Tear-down of your booth must be completed by Midnight on Wednesday, April 1.
The hotel is not responsible for the safekeeping of equipment, supplies, written material,
or any other valuable items left in function rooms by vendors.
