Vendor's Showcase

Wednesday, April 1 | Poinsettia Ballroom | 5 - 7 pm

This is your chance to display your products and services to the decision makers in our industry. This two-hour hosted cocktail party with heavy hors d'oeuvres will be the kick-off to an open evening. You're sure to have a captive audience!

ELECTRICAL, INTERNET, AUDIO VISUAL

All orders for electrical, internet or audio visual must be made in advance through the hotel’s exclusive provider, Pinnacle Live. Visit their website to order and pay for these services.

This portal includes booth details, shipping information, and access to the Pinnacle AV Portal.

A total of 32 booths are available.

Booths are 8 x 10, with pipe and drape in-between.

One 6’ skirted table and 2 chairs at each booth.

Booth cost is $1,000.

Booth space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

VENDOR SET-UP / TEAR DOWN INFORMATION

A sign with your company name will be placed in your booth to help identify your location.

The Poinsettia Ballroom will be ready for set-up beginning at 12:00 pm (no earlier, please) until the doors open at 5:00 pm.

Tear-down must be completed by Midnight on Wednesday, April 1. The hotel is not responsible for the safekeeping of equipment or materials left in function rooms.
